Being a pathfinder of many renowed (famous) stars Siegfried "Siggi" Loch often was closer to them than professional photographers. Since the Fifties he also recorded the pictures of "Magic Moments" of jazz, blues and rock visually: From Louis Armstrong to Ray Charles, Johnny Griffin, Dexter Gordon, Little Richard to Klaus Doldinger, Nils Landgren and many more.

Siegfried Loch stands in the forefront of the most successful managers of the European music-business. Until the end of the eighties he was in major business – lastly as president of WEA (Warner)-Europe –and is considered the discoverer and producer of such famous names Klaus Doldinger, The Rattles, Can or Al Jarreau. 1992 he founded his own independent Jazzlabel ACT.
