Where can I park?

The parking space of Deichtorhallen can be reached via Oberbaumbrücke. Parking fee is 2 Euros for each hour. A visit to the exhibitions includes a free parking hour. For visiting the Falckenberg Collection we recommend the car park of the close-by Phoenix-Center.

Where can I get gift coupons?

Gift coupons are available at our ticket desks (Tu − Su, 11 am − 6 pm, Long thursday 11 am − 9 pm).

Can I buy tickets online?

We're sorry, but currently it is not possible to buy tickets online.

Must schools and independent visitor groups register in advance?

To avoid waiting in line, all groups must register in advance via Email to kunstvermittlung(at)deichtorhallen.de or call +49 (0)40 32103-192/-141.

Do I have to sign up for a public guided tour?

A registration is not required. The participation is included in the admission to the exhibition.

What's on for children and young people?

Accompanying the exhibtions, the Deichtorhallen are offering a broad spectrum of guided tours, workshops and holiday courses which have been especially developed for children and young people.

What's on for adults?

Guided tours through the current exhibitions can be booked during our regular opening hours. The workshop program for adults is currently under construction.

Are the exhibitions wheelchair-accessible?

Yes. All our exhibition spaces are wheelchair-accessible. If you need any help, please apply to our staff. At the Falckenberg Collection an elevator is available.

Can I bring my dog to the exhibitions?

No. Dogs are not allowed at the exhibitions.

Can I bring a baby carriage?

Yes. Baby carriages are allowed at the exhibitions.

Can the premises the of Deichtorhallen be rented for events?

Renting the Halle für aktuelle Kusnt, House of Photography and the Falckenberg Collection is possible. Please keep in mind that concepts for events can only be realised in due consideration of the current exhibition program. Please click here for further information.

Can I take photos at the exhibitions?

No. Taking photos is not allowed. For press requests please contact us under presse(at)deichtorhallen.de or +49-040-320103-250 an. For some exhibitions, a permission for private purposes without using a flashlight and tripod can be purchased for a small fee.

How can I get informations on the upcoming program?

Please sign up here to our newsletter (in german only) to get regular updates on exhibitions, special events and the program for children and young people.You may also want to pick up our current program at our info room at the House of Photography.

Where can I buy posters and catalogues to the exhibitions?

Catalogues and posters are available at the Photobookstore at the House of Photography and at the shop for Design & Books at the Halle für aktuelle Kunst.
