Opening hours
A visit to the Falckenberg Collection is possible as part of a public guided tour. These will give you a comprehensive overview of the genesis and architecture of the collection as well as the current temporary exhibitions. In addition, the Falckenberg Collection is open every Sunday from 12–5 p.m., even without prior registration.

Individually bookable group tours
The Falckenberg Collection is also open to individual groups outside regular opening hours. The booking office of the Hamburg Museum Service accepts inquiries by email to info@museumsdienst-hamburg.de or by telephone on 040-428131-0. The minimum lead time for bookings is around two weeks. However, whether a booking is possible depends on the dates available, so please enquire early.

Public transport
The Falckenberg Collection is located in the Phoenix Fabrikhallen in Hamburg-Harburg. From Hamburg main station S3 direction Neugraben, Buxtehude, Stade or with the S31 direction Harburg Rathaus, Neugraben to Harburg station (approx. 15 minutes). Regionalexpress from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof to Hamburg-Harburg station. From there it is about 600 meters on foot to the Falckenberg Collection. The route is signposted.

By car
From the A253 via the Hamburg-Wilstorf exit, from the A1 via the Hamburg-Harburg exit. A paid parking garage is located in the Phoenix-Center directly next to the Falckenberg Collection, entrance on Wilstorfer Straße.

Parking is available in the Parkhaus Harburg Carrée parking garage at Wilstorfer Str. 48, just 200 meters away.
