Panel Talk: INTO THE UNSEEN – THE WALTHER COLLECTION

Panel Talk on the exhibition INTO THE UNSEEN – THE WALTHER COLLECTION

In this talk, Tina M. Campt (Princeton University), Nadine Isabelle Henrich (Deichtorhallen Hamburg), and Artur Walther (founder of the Walther Collection) discuss the latest developments in the collection, the curatorial approaches of the exhibition, and how the invisible can be experienced in photography.

With INTO THE UNSEEN, the Walther Collection presents its last major exhibition in Europe before around 6,500 works are donated to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. For over two decades, the collection has been one of the most internationally renowned archives of contemporary photography and visual culture. The talk will be held in English.
