DAS IST KUNST: Thomas Levy

In this episode of DAS IST KUNST, Jumoke Olusanmi talks to Hamburg gallery owner Thomas Levy about his long-standing friendship with Swiss artist Daniel Spoerri. Thomas Levy opened his gallery in Hamburg in 1970 and turned it into an important venue with a focus on surrealism and pop art. In the early 2000s, he met Daniel Spoerri and remained his gallery owner and companion until his death in 2024.
